Return Policy

- If you are not completely satisfied with a photo print product*, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, minus a 7% processing fee.

- If there is a misprint within your order, please provide us with documentation and we will have a correction reprinted for you. This would apply to things like misspellings that are our mistake, cropping issues, print coloring issues, or product damage during shipping.  

- If there is a spelling or player statistic mistake due to the wrong information being submitted when you ordered, you can request a reprint for half-price. Please double check your player stats after submitting your order to help avoid this. 

Refund Policy

- Those who order and are not present for pictures may request a refund that is subject to a non-refundable 7% processing fee. If you're unsure if your player will make it for picture day, you are welcome to wait and order after they get their picture taken. If your player misses their team's time slot for pictures, contact us right away and we will do our best to help you reschedule to another time if there is one available. Some clubs have multi-day photoshoots so this might be possible. In some situations, it may not be possible to reschedule, so please do your best to show up during the scheduled timeslots for your club. 

- *Digital images are not able to be returned and are thus non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your digital image, please contact us and let us know. If it is a coloring or cropping issue we can likely modify the image for you, or do our best to make it right with any other complaint. 

- Orders canceled for any other reason are subject to a 7% non-refundable processing fee.
